Delivery & Returns

United Kingdom

Items are sent out standard 2nd Class Royal Mail, delivery is usually within 2 - 3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Overseas

Items are sent out on a standard overseas service. Generally, if you're within Europe, delivery is within 1 - 3 weeks. If you are located outside of Europe, delivery is a little longer and can take between 2 - 5 weeks.

All items are insured and a screenshot of the proof of postage can be obtained from us upon request.

Returns Information

Should you be unhappy with the goods or service received please email us in the first instance so any problem can be resolved to your satisfaction. However we must make it clear any replacement orders needed due to damage in transit will not be issued until the damaged order has been returned to us for inspection.
