Please note that in the event the home club opts out of creating a matchday programme, or if we are unable to procure copies, a complete refund for the match will be granted upon confirmation from either the club or the publishers.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

Please kindly note that all pre-ordered programmes will be shipped within 24 hours of their arrival in stock. However, we regret to inform you that we do not offer pre-match delivery or dispatch as we only receive the programmes on the day of the match or shortly after it has taken place. Please allow a maximum of 21 working days for your order to arrive within the UK. Thank you for your understanding.

MULTIPLE PROGRAMME ORDERS

For orders including multiple programmes, your items will be shipped only after the latest programme has arrived with us. If you prefer to receive each programme separately, please place your orders separately.
