Please remember to allow 21 working days for any order to be received within the UK,

Delivery should never take this long, but we do have to allow the Royal Mail and other delivery companies time to deliver before chasing with them or placing a claim for non delivery,

If we ever reach the 21 working days we will asap issue a claim with the deliver company for non delivery and issue a replacement order within 24 hours, orders outside the UK are the same apart from we have to allow 28 working days.

We do try to issue dispatch notices for each order, unfortunately during the course of the season we are not always able to do this due to the large number of orders leaving each and every day.

IF AN INCORRECT ITEM IS DISPATCHED BY MISTAKE BY US, THIS MUST BE RETURNED TO US BEFORE THE CORRECT PROGRAMME IS DISPATCHED, ANY DAMAGED PROGRAMMES MUST ALSO BE RETURNED TO US FOR INSPECTION BEFORE A REPLACEMENT IS DISPATCHED.

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER OR POSTAL CODE WHEN ASKING ABOUT ANY ORDER PLACED WITHOUT THE ORDER NUMBER OR POSTAL CODE WE CAN'T LOCATE YOUR DETAILS.
